today's train drawing

really simple update today - today i drew on the train...... ... and talked with la about change...

Green: one the one hand there's things staying the same - though they never really do -- and on the other hand there's change which always changes Green: that's waht i'd like today's blog post to reallly be about Purple: hmm Purple: certian things never change. like home. but i find that when something unexpectedly changes in a setting to which you're very accustomed, it's very hard to accept Green: yes yes indeed Green: i like how home doesn't change Green: what if you move though... home follows you? Purple: well, i think that more than one place can be home Green: you mean like diddy Purple: lol, what? Green: a house here - a mansion there... here's another addresss Green: i like that! Green: where does the mail go then i wonder.... Purple: hehe Purple: his assistant Green: can home be a train then - always moving but bringing you along for the ride? Purple: no, although i would like to think so Purple:because how would you explain when you're homesick, if home is always with you? Green: maybe that's just feeling decentered Green: theres a zen word for that i think Green: but yes i know what you mean Green: la can we blog you on this? Green: something that goes nicely with purple Purple: that's a wonderful color combination Green: perfect Green: : ) Green: that's a break - here i thought i had to finish that drawing before i could get it out into the world. then i got the idea this morning as i was drawing - just get *this* out into the world. so i put down the sharpies and picked up the camera Green: and here we are
